Note that this is the Original Source Code from the Qlutch Console, It obv wont work properly unless you re-write the code.
I've rewritten the whole backend and made a new server system thats compatible with all the Plugins, the plugins just need a few tweaks and the whole system of Qlutch works again. If you want my rewritten version dm me on Discord: Laugny#4342

I suggest using Visual Studio 2022 to edit/compile the Application
