Admin abuses perms for money.

Hello!
I am on a Minecraft SMP with my friends. Suddenly one of my friends had 10 blocks of netherite.
He said that he bought it from the Admin foto €5,-
However! The Admin DM'ed him that he would get 64 netherite blocks for that money.
I would like to get revenge on that Admin. (Get OP and make a command block that bans him repeatedly)
Could anyone help me?
