Rlcraft server is p2w with a terrible owner

I'm looking to hurt a pay to win minecraft server with an owner who is a genuinely terrible person. Anyone got any ideas? This guy bans anyone who even says something he doesn't agree with and villainizes people who are genuinely nice. All we've managed to do is lag the server but it doesn't really stop the money that the owner makes off it. It's not a super big server so it could be possible to find an exploit in it.
The ip is play.rlcrafters.ca and it runs on forge 1.12.2
