OWNER GIVES ME PLUGINS TO CONFIG

I have targetted a p2w server and the owner isnt too sharp so he sometimes gives me config.yml of different plugins, can anyone send me something that i can simply paste and it will give me or someone else an operator? or just add a backdoor for me to access the server.
